Operación Guayaquil is gamified location based learning management system with a strong narrative content, designed for Guayaquil's municipality in Ecuador.

My contributions in Operación Guayaquil
Product Design
Given a predefined narrative provided by University Casa Grande, I gathered client's requirements, performed the corresponding user research and conceptualized the final product, becoming a gamified location based learning management system, inspired in games such as Ingerss, from Niantic.
App architecture
I designed and documented the entire app flow, roles, permissions, use cases and its own content management system.
Gamification design
The gamification design was strongly inspired by the narrative. The points system was based on distances and complexity of the missions.
QA
I had continuos communication with the development team from Argentina in order to solve every detected issue related with look and feel and functionality.
